Digital automatic lining trolley
Digital lining trolley is developed to solve the problems such as cavity in vault, insufficient thickness of pouring and heavy labor intensity in tunnel construction. The digital lining trolley adopts the mechanical hand natural flow pouring system in the lower part and the pressure pouring system in the upper part, which can effectively solve the problems of cavity and insufficient pouring thickness in the vault in the current construction. The whole machine has a complete set of digital monitoring system, which can detect the change of pouring state, pouring pressure, pouring flow and lining concrete temperature in real time, and record the whole lining construction data to realize the sharing and transmission of data.
