On April 18th, the installation of the waterproof board trolley for the Huashansong Tunnel of the Chongqing Kunming Railway Project, undertaken by China Railway 12th Bureau, was completed in one go, marking a new stage of tunnel construction.

To ensure the smooth installation and acceptance of the waterproof board trolley, Tengyu Machinery has planned in advance, developed a special construction plan, held a special meeting on the construction site, and provided technical and safety briefing to the on-site construction personnel. The waterproof board trolley of Huashan Song Tunnel adopts the technology of pouring concrete from bottom to top, window by window, and vibrating, which achieves layered pouring and vibrating of concrete from bottom to top. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional window jumping pouring that leads to concrete segregation, "herringbone" slope, and cold joints, and effectively improves the physical and appearance quality of concrete pouring. At the same time, it also reduces the process of pipe replacement construction and reduces labor intensity.
